What a Session Looks Like

  • 90 minutes, in person

    • We move at the speed of your nervous system, not urgency. This is where the groundwork gets laid for the deeper shifts that unfold over time.

      A rare space where your body doesn’t have to brace or pretend. You get to exhale in ways you might not have felt in years.

  • Somatic exploration + nervous system mapping

    • We listen to the signals your body has been whispering—and sometimes screaming—for a long time.

      You finally understand your patterns with a clarity that feels like someone turning the lights back on.

  • Capacity-building tools you can actually feel

    • These are practices your body recognizes immediately—small digestible shifts that stay with you long after you leave the room.

      You begin to feel a steadiness that isn't performative. It's real, lived-in, and yours.

    • We connect the dots between your lived experience and the environment that shaped it, so your body can decouple from cultural nervous system patterning and stop blaming itself.

Pricing

I use a sliding scale because everyone’s economic reality is different, and I want this work to be accessible without devaluing the labor, training, and lived experience behind it.

Single Session (90 minutes): $350 – $200 sliding scale

3-Session Pack (used over 3-6 weeks): $975 – $525 sliding scale

5 weekly sessions: $1,500 – $750 sliding scale (best for people wanting support through a transitional season)

For Young Adults / Students / Under-Resourced Folks

You don’t need a special identity or circumstance to qualify—just honesty about your reality.

Community slots held for folks navigating lower-resource seasons—honor-based access with no application.

How to Choose Your Rate

I ask people to choose their rate based on:

  • your current financial stability

  • the number of dependents or obligations you carry

  • access to generational/family support

  • how resourced you feel in this season

This is an honor-based system. There is no application, no explanation required.
